Genome Annotation and Pathway Mapping for Schistosoma Japonicum By GAPMap

Carbohydrate Metabolism such as Glycolysis / Gluconeogenesis,Citrate cycle (TCA cycle),Pentose phosphate pathway and so on,which are the central metabolism for all organism are enumerate as following.From the figure we can obtain that Glycolysis, TCA cycle,Pentose phosphate are all fulfilled,and more gluconeogenesis can be achieved via Phosphoenolpyruvate's being generated by pyruvate pathway.

From the mapping result we can obtain that threonyl-tRNA synthetase was lost, but It is retrieved by manually curation.
